When you first make a connection to the mailsuite mail servers (Via a POP3 connection), your e-mail account password will be retreived, encrypted and then stored in our secure database. This password will never be disclosed to any person and will only be used by further automated systems to clear your e-mail account. By agreeing to the mailsuite Terms and Conditions and this Privacy policy you give permission for this data to be stored in a secure environment for this purpose.
Except where otherwise provided, mailsuite legally and beneficially owns all the intellectual property rights in the content of all the mailsuite web pages, including the design, text and graphics used therein. By signing up for any service with mailsuite implies the customer's knowledge and acceptance of the features and limitations of the Internet, especially with regard to technical performances, response times, risks as to transfer of data, risks of interruptions and more generally the risks inherent to any connection and transmission on the Internet, the absence of protection of some data against possible misappropriation, fraudulent use and the risks of contamination by bugs present on the network.

If the customer ever receives e-mail from an Unwanted Sender to a Fully Secured mailsuite inbox, then mailsuite will extend their subscription by one full month.
