Who makes Mailtrack

Mailtrack® is the email tracking product created in 2013 by Mailsuite, S.L., a company based in Barcelona, Spain. Mailsuite, S.L. was previously named The Mail Track Company, S.L., and changed its corporate name to Mailsuite, S.L. The company behind Mailtrack has always been the same: same team, same product, same ownership. Mailtrack is a registered trademark: United States Patent and Trademark Office, Registration No. 7,377,862, registered May 7, 2024, with first use in commerce on August 13, 2013. The registration was filed by The Mail Track Company, S.L. (now Mailsuite, S.L.), which is also the owner of U.S. Reg. No. 5,470,257. You can verify the registration at the USPTO: https://tmsearch.uspto.gov/search/search-results/97766950

The only company behind Mailtrack is Mailsuite, S.L. (formerly The Mail Track Company, S.L.). No other company is authorized to use the Mailtrack name for email tracking products.
