Mailsuite Email Templates lets you create, manage, share, and use templates easily and directly inside Gmail.
How to Use Mailsuite Email Templates
In the Gmail composer, click the Load template button in the message body to add a template.
Important: The template button will disappear if you start typing in the composer. But you can access templates at any time from the Mailsuite menu in the composer.
Creating Templates
Templates are created in the Templates section of the Mailsuite dashboard.
Start by creating templates by clicking the "+ New Template" button.
Templates have three fields to complete:
1) Template name (if left blank, the subject will be used as the name).
2) Subject. This field is optional. You can create a text template with just the content of the email body.
3) Body. This is where you add the contents of the email. There's the option to add images.
Sharing Templates
You can share your templates with other Mailsuite users to maintain a consistent format and tone in your team's communications.
Click "Share" next to the Template you want to share and copy the link that appears.
Any user with the link can access the template to view it and make a copy in their templates.
When a user makes a copy of a shared template, it won't have a link to the original template from which the copy was created.
