Instructions for Managing Recipients' Consent Status with Mailtrack
- Go to the Contacts section in Mailtrack.
- Select a Contact: Choose the contact person whose consent status you wish to update.
- Access the Contact Profile. Open the profile section for the selected contact.
- Edit Consent Status. Locate the "Consent Status" field and click to edit it.
- Update the Status: Select the appropriate status: "Subscribed" or "Unsubscribed".
If your legal basis is not consent, after accesing the Contact Profile, you can record the relevant legal basis in “Notes”, without updating the consent status and maintaining it as “Consent status not defined”.
Note: You will not be able to send emails to recipients marked as "Unsubscribed".
