Mailsuite allows you to transform your standard @gmail.com address into a professional business email (e.g., name@yourcompany.com) without the high cost or technical complexity of a full Google Workspace subscription.
By using this service, you can keep your existing Gmail inbox and all its history while communicating with clients under your own professional brand.
Benefits and Advantages:
Starting at $12/year: You only pay for the domain purchased through Mailsuite.
No Google Workspace subscription required: You can use your professional email with a free Gmail account.
Integrated with your existing Gmail inbox: No migration is necessary; you can send and receive messages directly from your current Gmail account.
Zero domain configuration: There is no need to manually change CNAME or other complex domain settings.
Unlimited Aliases: Easily create and manage multiple addresses for your domain (e.g., support@yourcompany.com or billing@yourcompany.com) at no extra cost.
How it Works: Step by Step
STEP 1: Selecting Your Identity
First, you’ll choose your unique username and custom domain. While you can choose any username, domain availability is subject to global registration. You can check availability directly in your Mailsuite Dashboard.
STEP 2: Domain Registration and Purchase
Once you find your perfect domain, you will provide the registrant contact information and choose your renewal period. After the purchase is complete, you will receive a validation email from no-reply@registrar.eu. Once the domain is validated, Mailsuite automatically handles the background configuration to ensure your domain is ready to receive emails.
STEP 3: Sending and Receiving
Receiving: From the moment your domain is active, any incoming messages sent to your new address will automatically appear in your Gmail inbox.
Sending: To send outgoing mail using your professional address, you simply need to add it as a "Send mail as" alias within your Gmail settings. A dedicated Configuration Tutorial with your specific credentials will be provided in your dashboard to make this step easy. A generic tutorial (without specific credentials) is available here.
STEP 4: Managing Multiple Professional Addresses (aliases)
A major advantage of this service is the ability to create multiple aliases for a single domain. If you need dedicated addresses for different departments (e.g., support@yourcompany.com, billing@yourcompany.com, help@yourcompany.com...) you can create them by following these steps:
Click the "New custom email" button in your dashboard.
Select your purchased domain.
Choose a new username (e.g.,
support) and the forwarding email address that will receive those messages.
This allows you to scale your business presence instantly while keeping all your communications organized in one central Gmail account.
