When you send Mailsuite Campaigns, you have the option to add an automatic “Unsubscribe” link to the end of your emails. This is recommended so recipients can easily opt out of receiving your emails. In turn, you’ll have a cleaner list of recipients who are interested in receiving your emails and fewer recipients will report your emails as spam or block you.
Steps to add an “Unsubscribe” link to your Mailsuite Campaign
It’s very easy to add an “Unsubscribe” link to your Campaign. Just follow these steps:
- After you’ve created your Mailsuite Campaign, click Continue at the bottom of the Gmail Compose window.
- In the pop-up, check the box next to Include unsubscribe link.
- Then proceed with sending your Campaign by clicking Send preview to yourself, Schedule send, or Send Now.
