When you install Mailsuite and upgrade to the Advanced plan, you agree to an automatic renewal that will be charged to your payment account each month. However, you are free to cancel or change your Mailsuite subscription at any time.
To do so, follow these steps:
- Go to your Mailsuite Dashboard
- Click Settings and Privacy > Subscription
- Then click Cancel subscription
- A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the cancellation. Once confirmed, your subscription will terminate at the end of the current period you’ve paid for.
If you change your mind or wish to reactivate your subscription at a later time, you can easily do so by following the above steps and clicking the Reactivate subscription button.
