No. Each Mailsuite subscription covers one Gmail account.
If you use several Gmail accounts, each one needs its own subscription.
If the Gmail account with your subscription is set up to send mail as other addresses (in Gmail, Settings > Accounts and Import > Send mail as), the emails you send from that Gmail account are tracked, even when you pick another address in the From field. This doesn't extend your subscription to those other accounts: emails sent directly from them aren't covered.
