Real-time notifications come from the Mailtrack app. If they aren't arriving on your phone, check the following:
- Make sure the Mailtrack app is installed, from Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iPhone).
- Open the app and confirm you're signed in with the Google account you use with Mailtrack.
- Check that notifications are allowed for the Mailtrack app in your phone's system settings:
- Android: Settings → Apps → Mailtrack → Notifications.
- iPhone: Settings → Notifications → Mailtrack.
