Mailtrack Lists: Creating and managing mailing lists in Gmail

Mailtrack Lists are useful if you often send emails to the same groups of people, as it saves you having to manually add each person's email address again and again.

To use Lists, click on the Lists option and select the list of people you want to email.

How to manage your mailing lists in Gmail

Once you've opened Lists, you can use the following options to manage them:

New list: Choose a name for your contact list and add contacts (as many as you want). They can be brand new contacts or people you’ve contacted before.

To create a new contact list:

1. Click New list.
2. Give your list a name and add email addresses to the text box that appears.
3. Click Create list to create the contact list.

Edit list: Add or remove contacts from an existing contact list.

To edit an existing contact list:

1. Select the list that you want to edit.
2. Click Edit list.
3. Remove contacts in the contact list by clicking on the X next to their email address. Add contacts by typing or copy/pasting their email address in the text box.
4. Click Save changes.

Delete list: Deletes a contact list from Mailtrack Lists.

To delete a list:

1. Select the list that you want to delete.
2. Click Delete list.
3. Confirm by clicking Yes, delete list.

Important: Deleting a list won’t delete contact(s) from your Gmail account.

How to track an email in Gmail with Lists

To send a tracked email using Lists:

1. Select the contact list you want to send a mail to. 
2. Click Compose Tracked Email.
3. Write your email in the Gmail compose window that pops up.
4. Click Send.

How to send Mailtrack Campaigns with Lists

To send an email Campaign with Mailtrack to up to 200 contacts using Lists:

1. Select the contact list you want to send a mail to. 
2. Click Compose campaign.
3. Write your email in the Gmail compose window that pops up.
4. Click Send.

How to install Mailtrack Lists

You can install Mailtrack Lists by installing the Mailtrack extension on your Chrome browser. Mailtrack Lists is a free feature available to all Mailtrack users. You can install Mailtrack at mailtrack.io.

If at any point you'd like to disable Mailtrack Lists you can do so in your Mailtrack settings.
