Mailsuite's tracking dashboard does not have a built-in search feature, but there are a couple of ways to locate the tracking information for an email you sent in the past.
- Search from Gmail: Use Gmail's search tool to find the sent email. Once you have it open, use the option provided by Mailsuite to view that item's tracking details directly in the dashboard.
- Search manually in the dashboard: Open the Mailsuite tracking dashboard and look through your sent emails there to find the one you're looking for.
Either approach lets you retrieve the tracking record for an older email, even though the dashboard itself doesn't offer a dedicated search box.
