How you send a tracked email depends on where you write it.
From the Mailtrack app
Nothing to switch on — every email you send from the app is tracked.
- Open the app and tap the compose button.
- Write your email as usual and send it.
- Watch for the second check mark in your inbox. That's the open.

From the Gmail app, with the add-on
If you'd rather keep writing in Gmail, the add-on lets you track one message at a time. You need it installed first — here's how.
- Open Gmail and start a new email or a reply.
- Tap the three-dot menu and choose Insert from Mailtrack.
- Tap Track email. It can take one to three seconds to load.
- Finish your email and send it.
The add-on also needs Mailtrack installed in Chrome on your computer. The app doesn't.
