In addition to its desktop version, you can also install Mailsuite on your iPhone or Android device. The mobile add-on lets you send tracked emails from your phone as well as view other tracking data. And even more conveniently, there’s a quick and easy way to access Mailsuite on any smartphone by adding a shortcut to your home screen.
What is a shortcut and how does it work?
A shortcut, or launcher, works a little bit like an app on your mobile. It essentially appears like an app icon on your home screen, and it gives you instant access to Mailsuite’s Activity Dashboard where you can instantly see your account information and tracking data, like:
- Your email opens and links clicks
- Mailsuite Campaign Reports
- Document tracking data and document signatures (Advanced Plan only)
- Email Productivity Reports
- Your Saved Email Templates
- And more!
How to Add Mailsuite to Your iPhone Home Screen
- Go to www.mailsuite.com in your phone’s Safari browser.
- Click the three horizontal lines in the upper-right corner, then click Sign In.
- Complete the sign in process using the email address connected to your Mailsuite account.
-
Once signed in, tap the share button at the bottom of the screen.
-
Scroll down to the bottom of the share menu and tap “Add to home screen”.
-
You will now have the option to change the name of the icon that will appear on your home screen. If you’re happy with the default name (“Mailsuite”), click Add at the top right of the screen.
You should now see the Mailsuite icon on your home screen. Just tap it to go straight to your mobile dashboard. That’s it!
How to Add Mailsuite to Your Android Home Screen
- Go www.mailsuite.com using your Android device’s Chrome browser.
- Tap on the Menu button. The appearance of the Menu button will depend on your device. It usually looks like three horizontal lines stacked on top of each other. You might also be able to access the Menu through a physical button on your phone.
- Tap "Add to Home Screen."
- And you’re done! A shortcut to the Mailsuite website will be added to your home screen. As long as you’re logged in on your mobile or tablet, the shortcut will take you straight to your dashboard.
