There are two ways to put Mailsuite on your phone's home screen, and they do different things.
The Mailtrack app
For your day-to-day on the phone: an inbox where every email you send is tracked, your contacts ordered by who you spoke to last, the files you've sent recently, and your Mailsuite activity as it happens.
A shortcut to your Mailsuite dashboard
Opens the full dashboard in your browser: campaign reports, document tracking and signatures, productivity reports and your saved templates.
On iPhone
Use Safari — other browsers can't create the shortcut.
- Go to mailsuite.com and sign in.
- Tap the share button at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Rename the icon if you like, then tap Add.
On Android
Use Chrome.
- Go to mailsuite.com and sign in.
- Tap the menu button (three dots).
- Tap the option to install the page or create a shortcut. Depending on your version of Chrome it's called Install and create shortcut or Add to Home screen.
- Confirm.
Stay signed in and the icon takes you straight to your dashboard.
