Mailtrack sends you a daily report with the statistics of your emails from the day before. It includes:
- Your average response time
- How many emails you sent and to how many recipients, and how many emails you received and from how many senders, with the change compared with the previous report
- Your open rate and link clicked rate
- Your opened emails: subject, when you sent them, their activity and the recipient
Click View Full Report to see all the details in your dashboard. This is what the Daily Report email looks like:
How to enable or disable the Daily Report
- In your dashboard, click the gear icon at the top right to open Settings & account, then click Notifications. You can also go straight to your notification settings.
- Check the Daily Report box in the Email column to enable it, or uncheck it to disable it. Changes are saved automatically.
You can also stop receiving it from the report itself: scroll to the bottom of the email and click Unsubscribe from daily reports.
