Currently, Mailtrack does not have a whitelist or exclusion feature that lets you stop tracking emails sent to a specific recipient address. All emails you send with tracking enabled will be tracked, regardless of the recipient.
If you want to send an email to a particular address without tracking it, you can turn off Mailtrack tracking for that individual email before sending. This prevents the tracking pixel from being inserted into that message, so no open notifications will be generated for it.
If you would like the ability to permanently exclude certain addresses from tracking, you can share this as a feature request with the Mailsuite support team.
