Column with email addresses not found
Possible causes
-
You're trying to import the wrong sheet.
-
The document doesn't contain an email column.
-
There are blank rows or columns at the beginning of the sheet.
-
There are incorrect or missing email addresses.
Solutions:
-
Make sure you've selected the correct sheet.
-
Ensure that the sheet contains an email column.
-
Remove any blank rows or columns at the beginning of the sheet (the content should start in cell A1).
-
Check that all the rows contain a correctly formatted email address.
Warning No personalization detected
Possible causes
-
The personalization variable doesn't match with anything in the sheet that we can use to personalize the mail.
Solutions
-
Check that you've added a variable that has the format {{variable_name}}.
Warning personalization not available
Possible causes
-
For certain recipients, there's no value in the sheet that matches the selected personalization variable.
Solutions
- In the sheet, check the cells without content to make sure that's how they're supposed to be.
- Leave them empty, bearing in mind that a blank space will be added instead of a personalized value.
