Under the GDPR, as a data controller you must make it easy for recipients to withdraw their consent at any time. Here's how Mailsuite helps you do this.
1. "Unsubscribe" link in the signature
Immediately after signup, Mailsuite includes an unsubscribe link in the signature of all sent emails. This makes it simple for recipients to withdraw their consent, helping you comply with GDPR requirements.
2. "Unsubscribe" link for all your emails
In your dashboard, click the gear icon at the top right to open Settings & account and go to Tracking. Under Signature Settings, turn on Add 'Unsubscribe' link to all your emails.
3. Add an "Unsubscribe" link to a single email
You can also add the link to individual emails while you write them in Gmail: click the Mailsuite icon at the top right of the email body and, under Insert, select Unsubscribe link.
The Unsubscribe link is added at the end of your email.
