Installing the Mailtrack add-on for Android and iOS devices is pretty simple, and the process for uninstalling it is also straightforward. All you need to do is follow these steps:
- Log into your Gmail account on your desktop.
- Go to Settings (the gear icon) > See all settings

Then click Add-ons
- Under Installed add-ons, you should see Mailtrack. Click Manage.
- This opens a pop-up that shows the add-ons installed on your account from the Google Workspace Marketplace. Find Mailtrack in this list, click the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of Mailtrack’s box, then click Uninstall.
- Another pop-up will appear confirming that you want to uninstall Mailtrack. Click Uninstall App.
- Once you complete this, close the Gmail app on your phone and restart it. You will see that the Mailtrack add-on has been uninstalled.
In addition to uninstalling the Mailtrack add-on on your Android or iOS device, you can also complete the following if needed:
- Remove Mailsuite’s access to your Gmail account
- Delete your Mailsuite account and personal data
- Uninstall Mailtrack from your computer browser
