How to disable hot conversation alerts

Why hot conversation alerts are helpful
If you receive a hot conversation alert for an email you sent, it could mean a few different things:
- The recipient is very interested in your message. This could be an indication that you should continue your conversation with them, especially if you sent a project proposal, a quote for your services, or a cold email promoting your business.
- The recipient forwarded your message. Mailtrack (like most other popular email trackers) is unable to tell you if a recipient forwarded your email. However, when you receive a hot conversation alert that shows a lot of email opens within a short period, this could mean they forwarded your email to friends or colleagues. If the recipients then get into a back-and-forth conversation about your email, Mailtrack can't distinguish between the different people opening it, but it will still register and alert you on each open, attributing all of them to the original recipient.
Other Mailtrack alerts you can use
Mailtrack allows you to enable different alert types so you can stay up-to-date on how recipients interact with your emails. These alert types include:
- Revival conversation alerts
- Link click alerts
- Email open alerts
- No reply alerts
- PDF attachment open alerts
