Mailtrack is one of the most accurate and reliable email trackers available. The reason Mailtrack is so powerful is because it places an email tracking pixel in your emails when you send it. In other words, Mailtrack puts a very small image (don’t worry, you can’t see it!) in your emails when you send them.
When the recipient opens your email, their email downloads that image, which in turn tells Mailtrack that they have opened the email.
Because of how this method of email tracking works, it is unfortunately not possible to track emails that were sent before you started using Mailtrack. This is because it is not possible to place Mailtrack’s tracking pixel in emails that you sent before installing Mailtrack and enabling it.
