If you're a Google Workspace administrator, you can install Mailtrack for everyone in your organization from the Google Admin console.
Install Mailtrack for your organization
- Sign in to the Google Admin console with an administrator account.
- Go to Apps > Google Workspace Marketplace apps > Apps list.
- Search the Marketplace for Mailtrack® for Gmail™: Email tracker by Mailsuite, or open its Marketplace page directly.
- Click Admin install, then Continue.
- Choose who gets Mailtrack: everyone in your organization, or specific organizational units or groups.
- Review and accept the permissions, then click Finish.
Google says it can take up to 24 hours for the app to reach all users.
What your users need to do
Each user also needs the Mailtrack extension in Chrome. They can install it from the Chrome Web Store. See How to install Mailtrack.
