Mailsuite sends campaign emails through Gmail's own servers, so if Gmail's sending limit is reached while a campaign is in progress, some recipients may show as soft bounced. Here is how this is handled:
- Mailsuite does not automatically retry emails that failed to send due to Gmail's sending limit.
- The campaign does not queue the remaining emails for later delivery; it continues attempting to send as scheduled.
- Pausing a running campaign is not currently supported.
- If a campaign fails to deliver to some recipients, those emails need to be resent manually once you are able to send again.
Because Mailsuite relies on Gmail's SMTP servers, your sending is subject to Gmail's own sending limit over a rolling 24-hour period. To avoid interruptions during a campaign, keep this limit in mind when deciding how many recipients to include or how to schedule your sends.
