When sending a campaign with Mailsuite, you may notice that the individual copies of your campaign email are automatically moved to Trash right after sending, even though normal Gmail emails and single tracked sends remain in your Sent folder.
Why this happens
This occurs because of a Mailsuite campaign setting that displays only one copy of the sent campaign in your Sent folder. When this option is enabled, Mailsuite keeps a single representative copy visible in Sent and moves the other individual copies of the campaign email to Trash.
How to keep all copies in Sent
If you'd prefer that every individual copy of your campaign email remain in your Sent folder instead of being moved to Trash, you can disable this setting:
- Go to your Mailsuite account settings.
- Find the option that displays only one copy of the sent campaign.
- Switch this option off.
Once disabled, individual copies of your campaign emails will remain in your Sent folder rather than being moved to Trash.
