Mailsuite plan. Unsubscribe links in Campaigns are available with the Mailsuite plan. See plans
When you send Mailtrack Campaigns, you have the option to add an automatic “Unsubscribe” link to the end of your emails. This is recommended so recipients can easily opt out of receiving your emails. In turn, you’ll have a cleaner list of recipients who are interested in receiving your emails and fewer recipients will report your emails as spam or block you.
Steps to add an “Unsubscribe” link to your Mailtrack Campaign
- When your campaign is ready, click Continue at the bottom of the compose window.
- In the Mailsuite Campaign pop-up, check Include unsubscribe link.
- Send your campaign: click Send now, or Schedule send to send it later. We recommend clicking Send preview first, so you can test the link in your own inbox.
Mailsuite adds the unsubscribe link at the end of each email. Mailsuite won't send future campaigns to recipients who unsubscribe. Learn more in Campaign unsubscribes and bounces.
How to customize the “Unsubscribe” link
If you'd like to choose the text and the position of your unsubscribe link, add it yourself:
- In your campaign message, type the text you'd like to use for the link, for example “Unsubscribe”, and select it.
- Click the Insert link icon in the toolbar, then click Insert link and track clicks.
- In Link destination, enter ##UNSUBSCRIBE##. Make sure Track this link is on, then click Apply.
- The text is now your unsubscribe link.
- Click Continue. In the Mailsuite Campaign pop-up, Include unsubscribe link is checked automatically. Choose how to send your campaign. We recommend clicking Send preview first to test the link.
