One purpose of MailTrack for the year 2015 has been to open our minds and question continuously if there is nothing else we can do on the ground of tracking emails that can improve our daily routine. We want to explore new ways to improve efficiency of communication by email with the aim of improving productivity and why not, also our lives.
We are sure that there are more things we can do to improve the experience of using traditional email, undoubtedly, an area that is still unexplored and that gives us many opportunities.
That is why we’re excited to announce that have made an agreement with the Ministerio de Industria, Energía y Turismo of the Government of Spain to develop an R&D together. On one hand with the aim to improve electronic efficiency, on the other of breaking the paradigm of delivery and consumption of emails. This government program of cooperation aims to bring together the best practices of business environment research with university environment research such that will allow us to work closely with selected R&D in universities of Spanish territory. In it, study the habits of email, we will analyze in depth the various (corporate and personal) environments and implement a set of new features that will be gradually integrated into MailTrack.
From MailTrack, we thank the Ministerio de Industria, Energía y Turismo. We’re confident that this program will be satisfactory to all members and soon we will be announcing some of the results obtained.
