- When emails are opened
- When links are clicked
- When tracked PDFs are viewed
- If an email is not opened or not replied to
- If an email is opened a lot of times
- If an email is opened after a long time
- A daily report of all your email activity
- And when your Mailsuite Campaign reports are ready

In the reminder, you have the option to change the time intervals so that you can be reminded again in 24, 48 or 72 hours to follow-up with the recipient if they have still not read the email.
