You can manage how Mailsuite works from the Settings page in your Mailsuite dashboard, at https://mailsuite.com/en/dashboard/settings. This article walks through every section and the options you'll find there. Some sections are only available on a paid plan.
Tracking
- Track emails by default: track every email you send automatically.
- Track clicks on links by default: automatically track the links in your emails.
- Signature settings: add an "Unsubscribe" link to all your emails (you can also add it individually when composing).

Gmail
Turn Mailsuite elements in Gmail on or off:
- the Mailsuite dropdown menu on the main Compose button;
- access to MyCRM in the left sidebar;
- access to All Files in the left sidebar;
- the Templates button in the compose window;
- the Quick Actions button in the compose window;
- Load contacts in the compose window;
- the "View Profile" icon next to a contact's name in an email thread;
- the "Tracked Link" option in the Insert link button;
- Mailsuite document features (tracked PDFs) on the Attach files button;
- green dots on incoming tracked emails in your inbox;
- showing only one copy of a sent campaign in your Sent folder;
- the MyCRM icon next to the search bar;
- the Attachment Drive icon next to the search bar;
- the floating Mailsuite menu;
- the Reply Reminder icon and Reminders menu item;
- AI Monitor Reply;
- the "Fill & Sign" button on PDF attachments.

Notifications
For each channel (Desktop and Email) choose when Mailsuite notifies you:
- when an email is opened;
- when links are clicked;
- when PDFs are viewed;
- follow-up: if an email isn't opened within a set time;
- monitor reply: if no reply is received within a set time;
- hot: if an email is opened multiple times;
- revival: if an email is reopened after a long time;
- the Daily Report;
- when your campaign report is ready;
- when your email productivity report is ready.
Mobile notifications are managed directly in the Mailtrack app, available on Google Play and the App Store.

Account
- Personal information: edit your first and last name.
- Language: set your preferred language.
- Timezone: set your timezone.
- Time format: choose the 12-hour or 24-hour format.
- Delete account: permanently delete your account and all its data.

Subscription
- See your current plan, next invoice and payment method.
- Upgrade or change your plan.
- Cancel or reactivate your subscription's renewal.
- Update your payment method.
- Edit your billing info.
- View your invoices.

Privacy
- Recipient privacy management: enter a recipient's email address to delete all their data stored at Mailsuite and/or opt them out (unsubscribe) from your emails.

Integrations (Mailsuite plan)
- Zapier: connect Mailsuite with Zapier.
- CRM integrations: add your CRM's BCC address so a copy of your tracked emails is sent there automatically.

- Add or remove members.
- Change your team size (and pay for the change).
