I do love the follow-up feature. It lets me know when an email hasn't been opened after 72 hours and asks if I'd like to follow up or snooze it. I regularly use it to set reminders for 48 or 72 hours, and I think that's really wonderful.

It helps to know whether your client is engaged in reading your stuff. I can track if they forward the email or click my attachment, which tells me whether I should spend more time or invest in providing them with more value.

It gives me the insight to know what kind of follow-up I should do. You don't always have that flexibility with a lead—like if I don't have their phone number or another way to reach them, so I rely on tracking to give me that insight.
