Mailsuite Brand Guidelines

Welcome to Mailsuite's Brand Guidelines, where you'll find information about the use of our logos, colors and more. Please use them appropriately.

Mailsuite Logo

This is our primary logo and it should be used whenever possible, but you can use other versions if you need to adjust it to fit different spaces.

Horizontal Logo

  • Preferred Logo

    This is the main Mailsuite logo. Please use this form whenever possible.

  • Preferred Logo

    You can use this version with the white wordmark on dark backgrounds.

  • Monotone

    This version should be used only when it’s not possible to use the full-color version.

  • White

    You can use this version with the white wordmark on dark backgrounds.

Mailsuite Icon

Here’s our logo without the wordmark. Use it in cases when the Mailsuite brand has already been established. The wordmark should never exist without the icon.

  • Full color

    This version should be used whenever possible.

    This version should be used only when it’s not possible to use the full-color version.

  • White

    This version should be used over dark backgrounds.

  • Icon FREE version

    Use this version appropriately for specific cases.

  • Icon ADV version

Spacing Rules

Our logo works best when it has enough space to breathe. Follow these guidelines to make sure it’s optimally displayed.

Typography

A reference for our typography rules. You can also find this in our brand assets.

Montserrat family

Mailsuite typography is called Montserrat.
The different weights allow us to use this only typeface for all of the brand applications.

Montserrat Bold and Semibold for headers.

We’ll prioritize using Montserrat Medium in body text, but Regular and semibold are available when necessary. For example, darker backgrounds and light shades in the body text.
