Mailtrack® is the original email tracker for Gmail. It tells you when your emails are opened, which links are clicked and who opened your group emails, with double check marks (✓✓) right in your inbox. Mailtrack uses a pixel-based tracking system, and it's free and unlimited.
Mailtrack is part of Mailsuite, the company behind it, which also offers other tools for Gmail such as secure document sharing and eSignatures. That's why you'll see the Mailsuite name and logo in Gmail, in your dashboard and when you connect your Google account: it's the same product and the same account.
Mailtrack even lets you know when the emails you receive are being tracked, with its Incoming tracked email indicator.
Our philosophy is that things should be kept simple and practical, which is why we make sure your Gmail experience stays the same and we add our technology to your emails without disrupting your workflow.

In one word: Yes.
We take data security seriously. We don't share or sell any of your data to third parties and we use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL technology). This FAQ explains in more detail the safety measures we take to make sure your experience using Mailtrack is the best and safest it can be.
Does Mailsuite work with Outlook?
Mailsuite's paid version can only be installed in Gmail, but you can use Mailsuite for email tracking with Outlook if you reroute your Outlook email address to Gmail using Gmailify. Alternatively, we offer a free Outlook add-in that provides basic open tracking, though it doesn't include a dashboard, link tracking, or other paid features, and the paid version of Mailsuite is not available for Outlook.
Is Mailtrack's email tracking technology accurate?
Mailtrack’s email tracking solution is one of the most reliable on the market. However, all email trackers do have some minor limitations that you should be aware of. The good news is that these limitations do not impact the majority of emails you will send.
