How can I upgrade my individual account to a team account?
The team plan is only available with the Mailsuite Advanced plan. To get a team plan, go to your Mailsuite dashboard, navigate to the "Team" section in the left-hand menu, and upgrade to the Mailsuite Advanced plan by selecting the number of seats you wish to add for your team. When you select more than 5 seats, the page will show you the discounts available based on the number of seats -
How do I manage my team members?
Within your Mailsuite dashboard, go to the "Team" section to add or remove members and adjust your team size. Changes in team size may result in billing adjustments -
How does changing the number of seats in my Mailsuite subscription affect billing?
You can adjust the number of accounts in your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes will be reflected in your billing accordingly. When you increase the number of seats in your Mailsuite subscription, the additional seats become active immediately. A pro-rata charge is then applied to the credit or debit card linked to your account to cover the cost of these new seats for the remainder of your current billing cycle. This means you'll pay a proportionate amount for the new seats based on the time left until your next renewal. At your next annual renewal, the new number of seats will be billed at the applicable rate -
